The staff was incredibly helpful, took attention to detail and worked with me to find the perfect diamond. Coming in knowing nothing of diamonds they provided the knowledge needed for such a big decision. Yes we do them! You do not have to leave your timepiece, and a official appraisal costs roughly $85!
They made my wife's ring 1/2 suze larger for an agreeable price. Plus the staff; Michael, Brendan and Joanne are very pleasant, accommodating and fair.
