What a rip-off!!! Bought a 12v 24m Duracell AGM for 229.99 for my pop-up camper on April 7, 2022 from Batteries + Bulbs #077, 999 SW Pine island Road Suite 118, Cape Coral, Florida. 33991. Went camping to the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. Consistently charged battery to 12.5 volts with solar panels attached to my Jackery. Encountered a two day period without sun. Voltage drops on Day 1 to 11.7 without heavy usage. Day two battery was completely dead. I checked it with my multimeter voltage had dropped to below 6 volts. I had to buy another batteries from Advanced Auto in NC. Put the dead battery in the back of my minivan and continued to camp for 3 weeks. I brought the dead battery to Battery + Bulb today and was told that it was MY fault that the battery went dead for lack of charging. Total bs. This battery was defective and they fail to stand by the warranty. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Not very friendly. Went to get a battery for a car fob changed, and the employee told me it would be $20. I found it kind of pricey and asked if the there was a less expensive option. The employee curtly replied, "I want you to open it up yourself right now and tell me what size battery it is." Maybe if he would have had better people skills he could have phrased that less jerk-like. How about, "Sir, if you'd like to Google the size we can sell you the batteries and you can install them yourself." It wasn't about the $20, it was about his attitude. What he didn't know was that I was going to stop by later on in the day to buy a new car battery from him, and so was another family member. Because of his attitude he lost both the car battery sales, plus I told a couple of friends not to go there because of the rude attitude of the employee. If I have to put up with rude service, I might as well go to Walmart where the employees are equally rude, but at least the batteries are less expensive. Also, this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at that location. I have had positive experiences at other locations, but at this location they don't seem to value customer service. I'm guessing it's a management issue. Anyway, buyer beware. If you don't mind rude employees, then by all means shop there.

Thank you to the battery plus I was there today and they put the batteries in for my Electric scooter.I will be going back for watch batteries and if I need cell phone work.
