So beautiful. A really fun place to explore and wander around for the day if you want to stay close to home but also close to nature. Really enjoyed the beach and the water activities but also the hiking was so much fun just be careful!

Water skied on the lake in the 60's when there was just a boat ramp. Came for golf. Course is great but difficult. Each hole is unique. A lot of up and down holes and dog legs. Pro shop and snack bar are great.

The lodge was fantastic. Great staff and very approachable. Lodge rooms were maybe 2-3 star, but we’re clean and functional. Beds were comfortable!

We had an excellent time on our visit. The staff at the RV check in was so helpful and kind. They helped me get all I needed and gave me tips!

They offer full hookup sites along with primitive camping, cabins, and lodges. They are not currently accepting walk-ins so give them a call to make a reservation and they can tell you exactly what they have available.

Where are the designated areas for swimming from a boat? Everything mentions this but the areas are not listed.

Narrow Gate | Aug 18, 2020

You can swim off the boat anywhere. Granted there is places in the lake where you can take your boat very fast and then there's places where you're not allowed to do that and that's where most people get out of the boat and swim.I really wouldn't overthink it you'll see exactly what's up when you get there it's nothing to stress on.

This is in the Sasquatch triangle, so there are bigfoot in there. As far as dogmen... only rumors. But I will say that I really hope that those things aren't real!
