I used to live here and cumbys was the go to spot for everything. Literally everything. Call me crazy, blame it on the "southern hospitality" that I've come accustomed to but I don't recall telling a customer to kill herself is at all appropriate. I came here for a visit and went to this location. I watched your cashier Alexis or something like that, direspect my sister as if they were in someone's personal home and not in a place of business while your manager stood there and watched. To me that's not good customer service and I seriously hope you do something about this, before I take it into my own hands and call corporate and inform them of this blatant act of poor work performance. Oh and on top of it its so messy and unkept I felt like I needed to wash my hands after i left.

Honestly this location sucks. The cashier (I believe her name is Lexi?) Was completely rude with an attitude that was simply uncalled for. Being in customer service for 10 years now, I get how stressful dealing with a slew of customers can be, but she seriously does not seem very happy with her job and it's noticeable. A group of uniformed personnel were in there one day while I was there and the cashier mentioned treated them with such disrespect it took everything in me not to start yelling at her. Idk if it's the store itself or just that particular employee but, I don't think I'll be going there again until the problem is fixed

Not as good as other locations, even though it's been redone. They still have all the hot food, fountain drinks, etc. that you'd want, but the front counter is small and some things seem mismanaged. Also not in a great part of town. Good in a pinch, I suppose.
