Update: Still a great place to get your car washed and oil changed. Very reasonable!! Great place to get an oil change and get your car washed. I prefer to manually wash my car most of the time. Yesterday I was happily surprised when water was hot coming from the sprayer. Much thanks and kudos for hot water on cold days.

As soon as we pulled into the bay a woman came to us and told us we couldn't rince off the snow on our car. Wich is a Cadillac escalade, we can't reach the roof with a snow brush. No mud no dirt just snow. So we just left. Ridiculous!

A mistake or miscommunication was made with my my vehicle that my dealership had to correct. I called Valley Wash & Lube to notify them of the situation and to see if it could be resolved. The owner, Tom, returned my call by leaving a rude voicemail which then turned into him being nasty and condescending to me over the phone when I called him back to further go over the situation. Horrible customer service - telling me I was in the wrong, and obviously they cannot provide trustworthy vehicle services.
