We stopped at that Dairy Queen to cool off and get a cold drink. When we walked through the front doors it was very hot inside. Such a small building with no air-conditioning. The employee behind the counter stated that the air conditioner has been broken since last summer and they were supposed to fix it. This was on memorial day and it was 88° outside with high humidity. And I’m thinking of the employees today because it’s hotter today than it was yesterday. Your employee should not be working under those conditions! You need to get your air conditioner fixed ASAP.

Please bring back the barbecue beef.place to get sundaes dilly bars French fries sandwiches shakes and yummy blizzards please don't fry something so long the onion rings were so hard.. Handicap parking drive thru and entrance. Good food lovely staff.

This Dairy Queen has changed ownership. The food used to be very good but that is not the case any longer. The staff is mostly teenagers that are clearly not trained in service or food prep. I have decided to stop frequenting this Dairy Queen after 5 or 6 bad experiences. Extremely long waits to order, orders missing items, dried out and over cooked "soft " pretzels 3 times, salads missing tomato, bacon, and onion, burnt chili dog sauce three visits, melted ice cream, and over cooked cheese curds. Also one very visibly sick girl running the drive through. She had a runny nose and was wiping it with her hand. Then used that hand to give me my ice cream cone. I asked her if she was sick and she replied yes. I paid the bill, told her to keep the cone that I didn't feel comfortable eating it and exited the drive through.. We enjoyed a great Dairy Queen for over 40 years, however that is no longer the case. I recommend the Malvern Dairy Queen. Unfortunately it will have to be my new go to.

On a good day it would get 2 stars but today it earned a zero but that's not an option. Was greeted at the drive thru order screen with a recorded message to take a look at the menu and someone would take my order soon. After 7 minutes and nobody taking my order I pulled to the window and the lights were off and nobody was there. This was at 2pm.
