We took a scenic drive along Route 1A and at the end of the drive is a historic lighthouse. The lighthouse itself isn't accessible but the views and shoreline are stunning. Benches are available on grassy areas to sit and enjoy the views. Parking is free. Great location to relax.

Very beautiful area but can not get close to the lighthouse because it is surrounded by a fence as it is part of the Coast Gaurd now.

Lighthouse is located inside the coastguard property, you could view from outside the fence. The ocean waves are beautiful and strong in windy days, and it's fun to watch people surfing. Parking is free, but in warm and nice days, it could be crowded.

Great place for sunrise and sunsets, and yes, parking is free.
Not around the lighthouse, but there is a park next to it. It is lovely at sunset!
Free. Was plenty of space to have a picnic and have social distancing.
I have witnessed the sunrise from the lighthouse numerous times as I live down the street. It is gorgeous and you can see it (you don't have to go to the wall). Melgies and the Bluebird Cafe are my favorites
Champlin's in Galilee is an excellent place
Fog signal Horn, 1 blast every 15 seconds, If you can check this and it matches then is the Point Judith lighthouse Horn. This is the correct way to identify a Fog Signal Horn what ever you hear one, or two if there is another one. But will be diferente time blast and so, it will be a diferent Light House Horn. In 1871, ship captains asked that Point Judith's fog signal be changed from a horn to whistle. This change distinguished the Point Judith light from the Beavertail Lighthouse, which used a siren to announce fog. A whistle could also be heard more distinctly over the sounds of the surf in the area. Point Judith Light was automated in 1954, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
Would have to contact Coast Guard. Point Judith lighthouse has been closed off to public since 9/11 and station is part of homeland security. You could check Fisherman's Memorial which has stunning view of lighthouse, lovely up there. Town of Narragansett could help you there.
