Me and my wife and some friends stayed their last week and we enjoyed are stay very nice and cozy and the staff members were very nice especially Ivan the front desk clerk he was very nice and very helpful with anything we needed I would definitely stay here again because it's in the center of town for whatever you're looking for I would recommend Scarborough Beach which is right up the street if your coming from another state I want to think the staff members for making me and my wife comfortable

The view is exceptional from the windows of your room, the side terrace of some rooms and second floor deck. Continental breakfast gets the day started, attentive staff. We stayed for a wedding and booked a year in advance and paid $350 a night, two night minimum. For that pretty penny, I was disappointed to see rusted terrace furniture and our screen door duct taped instead of replaced. Dated, modest decor. We had noisy neighbors with no quiet hours in place,family friendly per the staff, until 1 am.

Positive: The location is excellent, so close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. It¿s not the Taj Mahal, but for the price point my room was generously sized, and clean, and quiet, which is the most important thing in my book! Negative: Hotel doors ought to have an internal lock for guests. A deadbolt attached to the same electronic lock is simply not sufficient. Even under the best of circumstances, mistakes happen and a person in a room ought to be able to prevent unwanted intrusions.

Exactly what we needed. We came in the off season, looking for a clean, friendly, low or no frills place to lay our head and Atlantic House delivered. Not the prettiest or the most up to date, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the sheets and towels were soft and clean, the shower was hot and had good pressure, the staff was friendly and helpful.
