If I could give 0 stars I would! This store has the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Especially the appliance department and the delivery department. On top of that no one answers the phone, customer service if you choose their option just sends you back and forth to just keep holding or being bounced back and forth between departments. The store takes absolutely zero responsibility for anything. It’s an all around nightmare! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!!!! Oh and a month and a half in and I have a broken fridge with zero assistance.

It's the same at any big box store. Nobody to help you. Ask somebody for help and it's oh I'm a vendor I don't work here. Went to windows to buy 8 windows .no help at all. 2 guys 2 computers and I did better at home and ordered myself online. I'm still not sure why you would pay someone to sit at a desk in middle of store and basically do nothing. Just buy online if you can and I got a better price anyway.

This reading is not about Lowe’s, it’s about a Maytag washer that I bought here. MAYTAG for your information only gives you 30 day warranty. You spent so much money for 30 day warranty. That tells you something about the manufacture products. The washer I bought after one year the paint in the front of the washer is bubbling and chipping away. Didn’t prime the metal and they only give it one coat of paint. It is very frustrating and there’s nothing you can do about it because I called them up and they said it’s cosmetic. They told me to call the warranty company passing the buck around, and the warranty company said they only deal with mechanical issues. Have a blessed day.
