I called this place looking for a rollator as suggested by Medicare. I spoke with Michelle the owner who was very unprofessional and snide. She went on about how medicare doesn't pay and why. I'm going to submit my encounter with the owner, Michelle, in a formal complaint with the BBB, and ADA.

Get your medical supplies here!! Very clean, organized and professional space with everything you could possibly need. Accepts all kinds of insurance and the owner is exceptional- her knowledge of the supplies shows just how much she cares about her clients and what’s best, not to mention she has an AMAZING personality. 100/10!!

A good friend recommended this place. Very kind and knowledgeable lady helped me get the right product that I needed. She made sure my measurements were correct because she didn’t want me leaving with the wrong size and that was much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend coming here for medical supplies.
