Unprofessional and disrespectful, would not recommend for any reason. Took my dog in for grooming and we informed the groomer (she didn’t have a name tag on) not to use the blow dryer near my dogs ear due to sensitivity. The groomer was dismissive stating that she understood. After about an hour we were told that our dog was uncooperative with the blow dryer. We spoke to the manager about issue and she was very understanding, but the groomer denied that we spoke about the blow dryer sensitive. When we provided proof that we spoke about the dryer, the “head groomer” Brian decided to come out and insult my wife’s intelligence stating that she need to learn how to train a dog. Brian’s tone changed after finding out that my wife actually worked at Petco, and that my dog has never had an issue with any previous groomers including other Petcos and petsmarts.

Love Petco Animal Supplies! I come here with my dog for their classes. We have taken puppy 1, puppy 2, and now are enrolled with the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) class with Patrick, who is fantastic. Everyone in the store is really friendly. If you have a puppy, ask one of the staff members if there are any coupons. They have a booklet with lots of good deals on food, treats, beds, and collars! Pros: -Free puppy socialization classes. Saturday they have a playtime for small dogs and Sundays they have a playtime for big dogs. Be sure to bring your paperwork to show that your pup is up to date on their shots. -Their classes are fantastic. I recommend taking a class. It's positive reinforcement training. -they have a restroom for customers in the store in the right hand side. There are also water faucets there and usually some bowls so that your pup can get a drink. -throughout the store there are clean up stations. If you are a pet owner and your pet has an accident, please clean up after them. -free parking -sign up for petco rewards and get money to spend at Petco Cons: -n/a
