The staff at Metro Offices Reston is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. One of our machines in the office crashed late on a Friday evening, and I was worried we wouldn't be able to triage until Monday. But Sandy (the office manager) went out of her way to provide logistical support so that we could get into the building and get our system back up and running before Monday morning! Thanks Sandy!

After seeing the Tysons offices, I wanted to explore this location due to the free parking and lower cost per sq foot. Unfortunately, I had to make three calls; and, I did try to confirm a appointment but to no avail. NO email confirmation was ever sent, and I didn’t want to bother calling a fourth time. I highly recommend the Tysons Corner team as they were incredibly responsive and welcoming. It may be that I wanted to negotiate more than the month-to-month 25% discount for an upfront 6-9 month fixed rate during the rise of Delta😆.

I have had office space in Metro Offices in Reston for several years and it is the best office space I have ever had. I love having my office in this location. The location is convenient. There is free parking in the garage for both me and my clients. There are numerous restaurants within a 3 minute walk which is great for lunch options. The supporting staff (Janelle and India) at Metro Offices are beyond great. There is always someone at the front dest to great all clients who arrive. They are always cheerful and outgoing and make anyone coming into the space feel welcome. They are extremely helpful in resolving even the slightest of concerns. It is also very nice to have all the office amenities available such as copier, fax, scanner etc., as well as a lot of other options. The space comes with a full sized kitchen with coffee, tea and water service as well as the ability to store food in a full sized refrigerator and heat it up for lunch in the microwave oven.. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for all food and beverage needs. As a small business owner, it is nice to have private, individual office space yet haver the support of a big office staff. It is also nice to be able to have some social interaction with other business owners at points during the day over a cup of coffee for example. I cannot say enough good things about Metro Offices in Reston. It is a great pace to have an office. I love it here and don't plan on going any place else.

I have been a Metro Offices, Reston client for almost 10 years. The team is, friendly and accommodating, always willing to find a way to make things work. I've also used facilities at locations in DC and MD for everything from small client meetings to full off site retreats and training events. Amenities and services are consistent, and the experience has always the same as it is at my 'home' location in Reston. They do an exceptional job!
