I've never actually been on the lake, but it's quiet at night, and the sky is incredibly clear with very little light pollution other than the limber mill. It makes for a great photography spot. 👌🏻

One of my fav places to come any time of the year. The dock has tables for people with different abilities . If you are able to drive they also have restrooms available. When swimming is recommended to wear a best because the lake is very steep. You can swim, use your canoe, boat etc here. Price is very affordable and if you are up to it you can purchase a yearly pass at the lake shop. 4 starts because it's getting crowed and accidents have happened here.

Really nice park. The water near shore is so murky and dirty though, it makes you stink, so make sure to laundry and wash your shoes! And shower after. Deep water and nice waves every now and then. You do sink though if you wear heavy clothing or not water shoes. Remember to wear sunscreen! It was a perfect day out with my girlfriend's family. They have restrooms and a water station to wash the dirt off of you. You can borrow kid's life jacket they provide on a board. No life guards around. Other than that, nothing else.

For a County Park, Hagg Lake Park rocks. I myself go there quite often to fish...primarily from my Canoe, Kayak or Even my 16' Power Boat... and it is always a good time. Many people enjoy the Park for many recreational options from relaxing, picnics, games, swimming and much more. For myself, I enjoyed one of the best days of my life, Bank Fishing with one of my best Buddies, my Grandson! We had a day of hooking up two a couple of dozen fish...and landing 15 of them with a combination of Trout, Bass and Panfish. Great way to spend the day. We also cleaned up a bag of trash that other people left behind... my pet peeve - Please clean up after yourselves and take out more than you brought!!! Henry Hagg has clean Restrooms, lots of paved parking, Multiple Picnic tables, Handicapped Access, and Group Areas available...along with some Vendors for Munchies and Rental Equipment. And the Lakestop Grocery is located for prior to entering the Park Grounds with a vast assortment of just about anything you might need from fishing gear, clothing, beverages, deli foods, regular grocery stuff and even Henry Hagg Lake Day Passes or Season Passes... ( it is a fee park for day use only).

I honestly am not positive and didn't see anything online. However, I would imagine there is still a way to buy a parking pass at the booth even when the both is empty or closed. I believe there is an automated machine at the fee booth. I would just shown up. I am sure there are instructions on location for that sort of issue.
No
