Front desk is unfriendly and inconsiderate. Before even saying a word to me as I walk in they announce "it's gonna be 3 hours". I just turned around and said I'd take my chances at home and try again elsewhere tomorrow.

The doctor was rude and unprofessional. Asking me what I thought my injuries are and did not even look at my injury.

I was sent here from the Arlington Inova -- they wanted chest X-rays and a nebulizer as I have been struggling to breath. Dr. Merenstein was dismissive and condescending, I was not given the suggested nebulizer, and at the end of the appointment he prescribed me something I had already told him I tried and did not find helpful. He also told me I need to get back to my usual routine -- which I'm not sure how he expects me to do when I am having so much trouble breathing I can't walk up stairs. Next time I'll just go to the hospital.

This location is fantastic. Staff couldn't have been nicer. They were very efficient and thorough. Went very quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
