I really wanted to give this place a try even with all the negative ratings it has, but apparently they were all correct. I had several issues with their billing department before Columbia Surgical Specialists took over for them. I did not think I would have to record all of my conversations with them in order to not be accused of lying but apparently I need to :(

Highly recommend Dr. Cruz! My Consult, life changing septoplasty, and post-ops all went well. Dr. Cruz is very caring, professional, reassuring, and thorough, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better patient experience than what I received. Top notch patient care!!

Today I received a bill after my first visit where I was seen for having congestion. I have BCBS insurance and even with insurance was charged an outrageous amount for a 10 minute visit with an NP, Megan Bisby. She looked in my nose which apparently is a $397 service. Then prescribed a taper of steroids. It was a brief visit and I should have just gone to my PCP so I wouldn't be left with a huge bill. Wouldn't recommend.

In my opinion this place is dishonest and incompetent. I went here a couple years ago for a work chemical exposure. They saw me and asked what my issue was and then told me they were unable to see/ treat me as they do not handle chemical allergies/ exposures. This should have been something that had been addressed before I even came in. But there was nothing done other than the doctor telling they he couldn't help me. Which they billed me $215 for. I had a claim with WA L&I and they paid this claim a year ago, and their billing staff is so incompetent that they cannot figure this issue out. I have been on the phone repeatedly with their staff over this and no one will get this resolved. Even the bill itself shows an "insurance" credit. The same time as I was told the bill had been taken care of by WA L&I. Every time I talk to someone with their billing department they always seem confused and no idea how to handle this. I've also requested they put the bill on hold while it's been investigated so it doesn't go to collections and they keep sending out a new bill that shows past due. This place is honestly terrible.
