Once you get thru the information line it's quick ... the appointment information line is way quicker if you can get online

They tell you to go online and make an appointment. If you don't have internet they tell you to go to the library!

Yes you can as long as there aren't any liens on the vehicle.
You can make appointments for Monday or Fridays only. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday is walkin now.
I just got mine. There's no testing, just bring your I'D. Proof of residence, birth certificate and military information if needed.
Depends on what you need to do. They have the mobile stations that have short schedules, but there is a list of activities you can do there (mostly renewals). If you need new service, probably not
The most you'll get is a 3 day transportation tag if you buy a vehicle from a private seller. They cost like 5 bucks online. I had get a few of them when my daughter bought her car and we had to get it inspected titled and registered. It amazes me how we had everything we needed to do this without a hiccup and God bless the DMV personnel they always manage to notice there's another required document we need that's in top of a mountain in the Himalayas inside the belly of a Billy Goat.

That is the address for the new DMV location. Was there last Saturday. I am not aware of how to handle purchasing a vehicle from out of state.

Dmv Saturday timing is from 800am to 12:00pm. For drive test you need to call dmv so they should schedule the time for you. I believe the best thing to do is to call dmv and get authentic information.
