This place is conveniently located close to the freeway, far enough to hear no traffic. Close to a park. Service is fantastic. All interactions with staff has been friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a huge variety including gluten free and sugar free items. Pool and hot club are clean. Pet friendly in most rooms.

Positive: So clean, VERY helpful staff. Great breakfast bar with so many options. Lovely room; outstanding mattress and amenities. Negative: I was never able to connect to the WiFi. It wasn't working when we stayed and I really needed to use it. Also, pet rooms need to be away from non-pet rooms. Dog left alone in room across the hall barked and growled non-stop. Had to contact front desk.

I had a jetted tub suite and the room is pretty clean and spacious. The breakfast is much better than other hotels. They have a pool and a hot tub available. There were some minor issues, but I would stay again.

I have been traveling from Washington state to Mexico and now back. I search for Best Westerns. And have stayed at many. The Albany Best Western Plus has been the best surprise of all of the chain. Prices are better. Room spacious with a couch area too. Surprise there was real food offered for breakfast and an amazing selection. Real fruit salad. Very much appreciated.
