We decided to buy $75 worth of food for a Carl's Jr. Buffet at the hotel and had an absolute delicious and "carbcoma" party time. The fabulous folks working that night, 3 of them, made the food fresh, as ordered and fast. We were happily impressed with their attitudes and customer service. To the 3 people working at the Carl's Jr. In Albany Oregon located by Costco on June 7th 2022 at 10:30 pm...You are ROCKSTARS! I hope you know how wonderful you all are. You all deserve a raise and a bonus.. Our group will not forget how rad y'all were. Thank you!!

This is the second time they screwed up my order. I ordered a Big Carl with NO cheese. When I picked it up at the window I repeated "there is no cheese on this, right". I was assured there was no cheese. When I got home it was a Western double cheese burger. NOT what I ordered. I can't trust them to get an order right.

I have never had such an abhorrent experience dealing with employees. I placed an order at this Carl's Jr. location (triple checked it was correct) for them to have no record of my order at all. I asked the employee (female, slightly raspy voice, unknown name) to check to see if the store's number was correct after she sent my partner to the other location, which I assume is in Corvallis. The moment I ask for her to look at the store's number, our order appears. It's logical to say I'm upset at this point, so I request the GMs number after she starts making up excuses and having an attitude. Mistakes happen and while I'm aware of that, completely dismissing a customer and then sending them away, only to actually utilize proper resources is RIDICULOUS. You have a job to do and that includes problem solving. There was no solution offered to him or anything. Not even an apology. When I asked for the employee's name when I agreed to give her mine for a callback from the GM, she hung up the phone on me. To say I'm livid is an understatement. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Don't work in customer service if you can't handle it.

I don't know what the safty practices are but the place always seems clean and disinfectant.
