I was very disappointed with the WM overage policy. I believe it is an unfair policy and unethical. I understand they have to police those offenders who attempt to overload dumpsters, but the way they are doing this is beyond unfair. To use pictures taken by their drivers trucks and then make visual assessments on whether a dumpster is beyond its allocated capacity is simply wrong. Often times an empty box or item is placed in a dumpster and is positioned in a manner that makes the dumpster appear overloaded. If they are going to use this system then their driver's should be required to examine these dumpster for accuracy. Also, when WM doesn’t pick-up trash on a scheduled day and there is an overload due to the that miss pickup, they charge the client for the overage and yuo have to contact them to ensure the charge is removed.

Customer Service reps has been response with bad manner and poor response for following up. They didn't update more than 2 weeks that I request to pick up service date change. The rep stated that it could be taken 3 to 5 business days to update but we didn't get any confirmation and I kept call them to check it. Website system had an issue also. Last month, one of my dumpster totally disappear from the system and we missed the pickup service for few weeks. And I called and spent lots of time to explain the situations and request make up pick up. Overall their response is not good at all and not happy to work with them.
