Poor people skills and evacuated elderly people and disabled people for no reasonIn 2019 the park was purchased by new owners who have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of its residents. This included the lawful evictions of animal breeders/hoarders, those who don't follow heath and safety regulations/park rules, and those living in homes that were uninhabitable or unsafe. Sufficient noticed was provided to all tenants impacted. In the last year the park has gone through a very positive transformation providing its residents with newer homes, an ongoing update to its infrastructure, and has become a quiet, safe place for family's with children and responsible adults looking for peace and quiet. Continuous improvements are being made with the main priority being the comfort and safety of our residents.

Greetings! River East Village is a cozy Mobile Home Community based in East Peoria, IL. The park was recently sold and is currently under new ownership. During the next 12 months, the park will be undergoing a transformation to bring it …As we continue to expand our rebuilding efforts, new homes will continue to be brought in while we make upgrades to the existing infrastructure. We hope that the efforts we’ve made will improve the lives of our current and future residents.
