While I was slightly nervous the elevator would stop working while I was on it either one of the two times I used it instead of the stairs, the staff more than made up for that. From the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping ladies, the front desk and everyone else, they were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, except the shower head that shot water all over.

I had booked for three nights through booking.com. Had a confirmation number and pin. After driving eight long hours with our two little ones, we were told by the front desk that they couldn't find the bookings. Had to make alternative arrangements. I am giving one star to let them know that it is their customers who have to suffer. Please fix your systems. So if you are booking through a third party app/website, be prepared!

The service and room my wife received on her visit was not pleasant. Some of it was out of their control in a way, they heard doors slam until midnight. The manager addressed her concerns with empathy and took care of use for a future visit (this was the visit). The hottube was not great. Jets were weak and it appears to be old but was OK for the most part. The pool room was not over powered by a smell of mildew or chlorine so that made the pool experience pleasant.

Great place to stay. Clean room, nice and comfy. The wife and I stayed in the deluxe room with a living room with a couch, a bedroom with a comfy bed, a bathroom and last but not least the jacuzzi room. Yes in our room. Great and big with jets. Defnitley worth the value we payed.
