We rode our motorcycles and looking for a spot to stay. I indicated I needed a downstairs room. Teasingly he said he had an upstairs room. Turned out I got a downstairs room with a kitchen and extra seating area for the same price as a regular room. He even moved his car for our friends so that they could have their motorcycles out in front of their room. Because someone else had taken their spot. Wonderful people. Meet a couple that have been going there for 5 years since said that they wouldn't go anywhere else in Redmond

The price was great! Husband and I had an amazing night of sleep in the Queen bed. Not sure what mattresses and pillows they use, but very comfy. In all honesty, the place is older, but it's kept clean. I really loved the kitchenette and full size fridge and freezer, we had a cooler full of food and drinks and it was a pleasant surprise. They also provide an efficient continental breakfast spread in the office, juice machines and packaged pastries and boxed cereals. We were in the area to spread my late sister's ashes at Newberry Crater and visit family. There's a creek or irrigation ditch in the back of facility that had critters (nutria?) that my husband watched and took pics of, we like stuff like that. It's centrally located and lots of access to stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We would definitely stay again because the price was great. Recommend to anyone that likes a good bargain, no frills, and efficient.

Bed was so soft you literally sink into it and if you have another person in the bed makes it even worse and u feel there everymove. Also there was a hot tub in the room but was full of the owners belongings...?? Very odd. Not that we wanted to use it neccasarily but weird hes renting out a room that has his stuff in there.

Excellent customer service... very friendly! Nice clean room. I travel with a service dog and they chose the perfect room for me --- ground floor easy access to outside.
