This shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't be fooled! I had the most magical wedding thanks to White Swan Bridal! Anna was so helpful, accommodating and patient during the entire process (you know how brides can be!) Since I was having a destination wedding, I needed fast and reliable service which the team provided. And I received so many complements on the big day! Thank you so so much :)

I was very disappointed in my overall experience trying on dresses at White Swan. They carried so many designers I was interested in, which is why I chose them. I received a very friendly welcome when I arrived but everything seemed rushed. One of the consultants asked me what kind of dress I am looking for, but only let me say 2 things before asking for pictures and then only looked at one picture. Then she asked what my budget was and made a face when I said under $2k before ushering me to look at dresses on mannequins. After rushing me through selecting 7 or so dresses, she told me to go downstairs. Downstairs, there is a lone "changing room" with a curtain instead of a door and barely enough space for the dresses (none of which were poofy), which I kept stepping and tripping on when changing. There is nowhere to put your clothes except the floor or a filthy windowsill behind a curtain. The consultant that helped me with trying on dresses was not the one who helped me choose dresses, so she had no idea what I was looking for outside what dresses had already been brought down (unless they spoke about it, but it didn't seem like it). Trying dresses on also felt rushed and not very pleasant, the mirrors were right by the entrance/exit, so there was a steady flow of people moving through and several stopped and watched my appointment and made kind comments. I was flattered, but still felt awkward. The consultant was talking on her Bluetooth half of the appointment. There were also multiple times where she unclipped me while still in front of the mirror, leaving me to hold the bodice on, which was very embarrassing with my father present. Don't get me wrong, the consultant offered helpful advice and assisted me in many positive ways, but that was tainted by some major issues. The most unfortunate part was that I found my dream dress during this appointment. I will be ordering the dress from another store because I can't justify spending my money after such a challenging experience.
