Problems of bad odor and lack hygiene...

Nice gym. It's clean and not too busy. It's only three stars because a lot of the equipment seems to be broken a lot of the time. I have been going to this gym for 4 months. Both of the leg press stations were unavailable for almost 3 months, and two of the 5 Smith machines have been broken for the entire time I've been a member.

Thank you for reaching out, Corey! We'd hate to see you go, but we understand. The quickest and easiest way to cancel would be to visit the club in-person to do so! If you are not comfortable visiting the club in-person to cancel at this time, we do have a mail-in cancellation method as well. All that is required is a letter addressed to your home club with your intent to cancel, contact information, membership number, and physical signature included! Please feel free to give the club a call for any additional questions about the process!
