Walked in they told us nobody allowed in the bar who has a sleevless shirt. Meanwhile there's an employee sitting at the bar with sleevless shirt. Stupidest rule ever

There is a jukebox with a good variety of music. You can play whatever you'd like.
Cigar and cigarette smoking are allowed. Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable selection of cigars in the humidor which seems well maintained. Cons: Rather limited draft selection, no snacks or food, no leather chairs. The afternoon I was there, clientele were rather low brow locals. More of a local bar that allows smoking and has a nice humidor than a true cigar bar. Regardless of the lack of comfortable chairs and limitations in the environment, it was a nice place to spend a couple of hours.
