Great fitness center with personal staff and well maintained equipment. The separate women's workout room is an excellent little refuge away from the bustle where you can collect your thoughts, plan your workout and focus your intentions before venturing into the main areas. Staff are friendly and passionate about physical fitness. They are always there to help and provide honest, authentic advise tailored to each individual's fitness goals.
