For me it was 5🌟 star all but for the cost of the unit. It could have been less expensive, over priced for sure but the office women and groundskeeper guy were exceptional in being helpful without having to solicite the need. A #1 for me in customer service. The hours or entrance are not great however this is one of the things that i was hangs down instantly accommodated with. A first go to when in the Northan Sacramento area.
