Not a True SDA church . This church is all about the Sabbath Keepers motorcycle ministry ( the 🐺‘s amongst the 🐑) and how they can raise funds for their biker events. Just look at the pictures for their website for example. The members of this PARTICULAR chapter of the Sabbath Keepers Motorcycle Ministry may as well just be a regular biker club as what they espouse at potluck (hardly any talk about God, HELLO we are at church on the Sabbath where all talk should revolve around those 2 topics or God, not wordly/biker stuff ) and (talk about hitting up the church and other local SDA churches for "Sabbath Keepers event funds" a.k.a. "regular biker event funds" and whatever else is left over will go to help pay for a biker buds truck) is SHADY. Their just using the quote "Sabbath Keepers" name as a guise/just another way for them to still be in a regular biker club. The church is Gods house (not the biker club house) you don't come dressed bikerly, either plain clothes or your Sabbath best, leave the biker vests & chaps regalia at home for when you are out doing your motorcycle ministry evangelism . Where's the TRANSFORMATION guys?, we are not supposed to look ANYTHING like our old lives when we are changed and enter Gods house. When you enter into Gods house, into the Sanctuary reverently as you are worshipping the King of the Universe. Transferring into this church is quick. Try to transfer out and they take their sweet time doing the motions to do so. Stay clear! ! ! ! ! The blessings of this church at elders Richard Charles, 1st elder Herb Shedd, Associate Pastor Jack Pefley, and most of the other non Motorcycle ministry members. Too bad their part of a dead church. Pastor Uli Mataafa has a passion for evangelism and i believe that is where he is best!!, not preaching the word. Nothing against him, just preaching is not his strong suit. This church would be way more spiritually fulfilling if associate Pastor Jack Pefley were the main Pastor and in charge. I believe as he preaches a more spiritually full filling message. I also don't think he would allow the motorcycle ministry members who happen to have tooken over this church in a roundabout way (set up shop) in the last couple or so yrs since they have established themselves there, some living on the property, most of whom have keys to the church even ones not on the board or who don't have official positions in the church i.e. deacon, elder, etc. Too much wordly biker influence and oversight. 😳Sad!! Click on my name here if you want to know where a couple of true SDA churches are, where you will grow and be spiritually fed. I will always do like it says in Ephesians 5:11 "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them". March 7th 2019 update: ok so looks like their doing damage control there eh Ron Christman ?? Took down a few biker pics, but still got other ones up there with biker members getting awards for their biker event held at the church ( How does that glorify God Ron?) No other church in the greater Sacramento area has pictures posted of biker Sabbath keepers getting awards. Wake up Ron. Quit trying to contact me Ron, I’m done dealing with this church.
