Overcrowded by schools & daycares every tuesday and thursday. Dont waste your money and if your kids attend any of these camps know that none of the workers are watching them Lifeguards cant even keep up let alone the daycare camp workers.

Great park to take kids or dogs. Good place to even go alone to walk or sit in the grass in the sun under a tree in the shade

I find that throughout the years, this facility and the staff just get better and better. I have always been able to walk in during business hours and get any answer I need, as well as through their phone system. The website is updated frequently and seems to be easily navigated through the phone and desktop computer. The options for family fun are year round! They offer all types of classes, socialization and events for different ages during each season. The pool is really great, my kids are obsessed with going to play! The fun pool events are really neat and my kids love it. The park and rec in Orangevale has a big job, with multiple parks and facilities to work on and maintain. The workers are always friendly and take pride in the quality parks Orangevale has to offer. I also love that this is usually a polling place for the community. I highly suggest checking their website and looking at the seasonal Activity Guide. You will find fun for your little kids, big kids, teenagers, adults and even events for seniors! I always look at the surrounding city's activity guides and find that Orangevale holds the best events.
