We use small businesses around the area to repair our lawn and yard equipment often. We have only found a small few that actually do a good job with limited call backs. OV Mower and Powersports is one of those companies. They have constantly provided great service to us with very minimal call backs. Obviously due to the fact that we are a landscape maintenance company it is important that we can get our equipment repaired and back to us as soon as possible. OV Powersports does that and has never let us down. We recommend this company for lawn equipment repairs 100%!

Good work but way too long of a wait to get tune up done. Maybe do a reservation system where you could schedule the service so my mower isn't in the shop for 5 weeks!

Poor communication, poor customer service, very slow turnover times, and unprofessional business conduct from owners wife resulting in weeks of delayed time, frustrating conversations, and no end resolution. As customers, this is far from the type of service we seek. Save yourself headache and find another shop. Not recommended.

I do not recommend this place! I tried to call them at least 12 times, no answer and mailbox is full. I had to drive there, just to find out the young man working there had a real attitude and complaining how backed up he was with work. I went there last year and had a new carburetor put into my lawnmower since then I used it 4 or 5 times and there is a problem with the carburetor. I would think it lasts longer than a year. Immediately he said I probably had it sitting too long, however I have put gasoline stabilizer into it and it should not mess up the carburetor. When I asked him if he could look at my lawnmower he told me they have only three weeks of warranty and he would have to rebuild it. As far as I’m informed most parts have a warranty for at least one year. His attitude is terrible and this is not how you want to keep your clients! I told him I’m going to fix it myself and walked out. Never again will I go there.
