Fantastic. Not to throw shade but I went to Best Buy and they told me my screen was broken and I would need a new screen and it would cost me about 400. I went to nerds on call to see if that was true and if they could do something about it. Turns out I’m just really dumb and my brightness had been dimmed and locked. It took him 5 min to figure out and he didn’t make me feel dumb even though I’m clearly missing something. 10/10 honest, patient and good quality service

During the past two weeks or so, I have had occasion to use Nerds on Call, with a number of their competent help. Last was today, with Darius, Once with Jay, and once with another party, I don't have their name handy.. I had not been able to figure out how to post comments properly, until today, when Darius fixed that issue for me. My service with these folks is exceptional. The benefits far out weigh any associated costs. They are unbelievable in their competency..
