I have unfortunately had the opportunity to buy bereavement flowers on very short notice twice in the last few months, but Sherwood Florist has been so easy to work with. I ordered next day delivery online both times and the process was so simple. Then, because of supply chain issues, they didn't have some of the flowers that were in the original picture, but they emailed me letting me know what the replacement would be and it looked even better than the picture in the end. The customer service was friendly and fast and I will be using them for all of my local flower needs in the future.

I have ordered floral arrangements from Sherwood Florists half a dozen times and they never fail to deliver quality and excellence. This time they went above and beyond. The dozen pink roses were not available and they called me (wish I could remember the lady's name). She suggested a couple of different options and I told her that I trusted her expertise. She put together a beautiful arrangement of mixed roses. My girlfriend was absolutely stunned with the arrangement's beauty. We used Sherwood Florist for our wedding flowers and they did a wonderful job! We had a small ceremony at City Hall in San Francisco, and needed a bouquet, boutonniere, and four centerpieces for our reception after. I met with Alina for a consultation and had a rough idea of what I wanted, but was open to her suggestions. She exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job on all of our arrangements. My bouquet was breathtaking and the centerpieces were a perfect fit at our reception. We opted to bring the flowers to San Francisco ourselves and when we picked them up they were carefully packaged for transport. I am so grateful to Alina and team for their hard work and attention to detail. The flowers at our wedding were truly a spectacle! I highly recommend Sherwood Florist for any and all floral needs.

I ordered a bouquet remotely from the East Coast, and the initial bouquet didn't seem to match the picture. However, the florist fixed it and the bouquet delivered in the end was GORGEOUS, better than pictured. Also my friend who received the delivery said that the owner was super sweet.
