I've been trying to call, and it seems like noone is there to answer my call. I've been on hold for 30 +minutes so I just hung up makes no sense you better not cancel my service cause you don't want to answer the phone so I can pay my bill

We had no problems at all with County Waste, in over 7 years. However, they were recently bought out by GFL Environmental, and now they’re not picking up our trash at all. Memorial Day wasn’t even a holiday for County Waste, but for GFL, it is. They were supposed to pick up our trash the next day, which was yesterday. They did not, and it is now going on 1 PM on Wednesday, and they still haven’t come around. Their transition from County Waste was confusing and unprofessional, and now they’re not even doing their job.

Have been trying for 4 days to reach the West Point office. I have a always been on automatic payment And since they have been bought by new company I am receiving paper bill. Tried correcting this on line stated I had wrong account # & invoice #. These were the numbers on my statement. Why is this so hard to Correct. Poor customer service from office. Was going to pay on phone $4.50 charge forget it . Sent a check
