They must need more help in the maintenance department because trash is laying all over the place. But all the isn't with the management, the tenants are just nasty and throw trash everywhere.

There are only a total of 15 one bedrooms on property - currently all are occupied. The 2 bedrooms start around $900 for the original appliances/cabinetry and updated/renovated 2 bedrooms can go up to $1100.
