If personally I could give it a negative rating, it would be fine, however it is the worst office they recommended me to, all the staff are pedantic as if they give you the information for free, if you call they never answer and if they return calls they do 6 or 7 hours later, and although dr. knows what is happening, she does nothing about it, so she implies that she agrees or they are guidelines from her, so many people for a disastrous service

Very bad experience for me. Not with the doctor but with the people who are at the entrance, I had an appointment and there was a lady who did not have an appointment and she was attended before me, and when I told her I had an appointment she told me to sit down. I was going to attend to her who did not have an appointment and then to me who had an appointment. ????????? You're supposed to make an appointment so that you don't get to wait for those who don't have dates to be seen. What bothered me the most is that I lost my work day for fun and incompetent people who do not keep an order.
