I wont really say that it has a library environment just because you will hear everybody's conversation. It can get a really loud environment. I have been hearing a person gasp like since 10 minutos ago that you can hear it in all the room space and no body says anything. It also has a silence room but you can hear noises, since people go there and start eating and everything.

Couldn't say; probably closed on Monday? I doubt they'd do anything else differently... Friday hours are unchanged so I'd assume that's the litmus test, so to speak...
They did several years ago. I would check online regarding their calendar for anything more recent
