Go there to get tested to see if I have covid came back negative. Then 5 days later I get covid. Let everyone who needs to be tested right on in the area where everyone else is there for other medical reasons. Took a minute to register cause the front desk women are arguing with each other.

I’m highly disappointed in this location. They have no bedside manner whatsoever. I walked in here to get a diagnosis on my throat and was told it was a two hour wait on walk in when their site said 30 to 45 minutes. So that is number one problem but the way they came across with me regarding the wait was extremely rude. They told me that I could not leave whatsoever if I was registered in for the wait list. While this may be policy for them or whatever the way they communicated this was god awful. So I went to WVU medicine and got a quick diagnosis and was in and out within one hour. Shame on these people!

Absolutely the worst place to get help. The people there are either miserable that they have to work or they hate life. They are rude, uncaring and must hate their jobs. My 87 year old mother-in-law was having surgery on a Monday. We were told to go get a Covid test on Saturday at this urgent care. Called Saturday morning to confirm testing and was told yes they are testing. What we wasn’t told was that testing stops at 12. We get there literally at 11:56 and testing had already stopped, cones were up and no one was at the tent. Called inside to be told it was too late and they don’t do testing inside. The lady on the phone didn’t care and it was obvious. So here we are I’ve taken time off work to be there to help after the surgery, we had arranged everything to be ready and help her get to physical therapy. Now what? We don’t know? Sunday morning the lady from the surgery center called and asked about the Covid test. Told her what happened. She called her supervisor and called back immediately to say go back to urgent care today and ask for a certain type of Covid test. We get everyone in the car get there and they tried everything they could not to do the test. Finally they said ok but you will have to wait 3 hours. So here’s a 87 year old in pain waiting 3 hours for a Covid test that could have been done in five minutes if the employees cared at all.

I had a really great experience at this urgent care; woke up unable to lift my right arm without intense pain while on vacation, so I went here as an out-of-state patient for treatment. The check in process was fast and easy, and I was told the wait would be about an hour. I was back in a room having my vitals checked within 20 minutes and the NP was back to see me in another 15 minutes or so. Natasha was absolutely the nicest clinician I think I've ever met, I honestly wish she was in my state so I could choose her as my PCP. She listened to my symptoms, did a quick exam, and had me on my way with a diagnosis and prescriptions in no time, but didn't rush in any way or compromise my care. Overall, I think this is a great urgent care and I would highly recommend it. Staff are friendly and helpful, and my estimated hour wait took less than that for the entire visit.
