It was easy to sign up and I started the aqua classes there, if you want a great workout take Sue's classes, she is awesome. The water is warm as the classes are held in the therapy pool but they also have a lap pool. There are a lot of classes and equipment there to use, the center is always very clean.

Contacted VH this month and they do not accept Silver Sneaker program. I think that with this being part of the total wellness of the valley, part of the hospital campus...it certainly should!

I'm unsure about the female locker room but we have one in the male locker room. I'd assume so.
Yeah you have membership. But Jim Barnett park in Winchester has indoor pool. You can buy so many swims and go there. It is a full length pool. With sunlight. Has a gym and a place to put your stuff. No membership fees just pay for swim.

Yes Valley Health does have student rates. They will also suspend your membership for up to 3 months so yes you do not have to pay for several months.
