The worst place I've ever been to, have completed the program two different times1996, 2012 but Scott Anderson has taken it upon himself to deny me, and still to this day has never forwarded my paperwork to Richmond, they say I have never attended ASAP program? Went to try to get a copy for myself and he refused to even give me a copy of my completion certificate.

None of the case workers answer their phones, and don’t even bother leaving a voicemail. They won’t call you back. My case worker will only email me and then go weeks without emailing me back. This place needs to fire their entire staff and start from scratch. This has been a terrible experience and they couldn’t care less. You would think the government would care more about who is representing them.

Can attest to others and the incompetence of the workers here. I even spoke with the director of operations after going through MONTHS of trying to get enrolled by Sherri Banks. She forgot, had to reschedule, etc. When asked how to file a complaint I was told I could send it to the director of operations (herself), who seemed completely unfazed I took the day off of work to do the intake. Stop playing with people's lives.
