My mom had an appointment with the lawyer named Conception and she was so arrogant and mean. She thought she knew everything about her case without even asking about her case in first place. She gave her only negative answers and she basically stole the $70 she paid her. I just want to ask all the Hispanic people to NOT go to this place. She is unprofessional. My mother had an appointment with the lawyer named Concepción and she was very arrogant and mean. He thought he knew everything about his case without even asking about his case in the first place. He only gave him negative answers and basically stole the $70 he paid him. I just want to ask all Hispanics not to go to this place. It is not professional.

Very frustrating to get in touch with anyone. I usually have to call 3 or 4 times to get an answer, then only for the receptionist to forward my call to someone else that doesn't answer half the time. Can't seem to get a response either from the lawyer taking my wife's case through email. It's not a complicated question I feel. I definitely don't like how long it takes to get any kind of response from this office.
