One of the last of the great old time motorcycle repair garages. A hidden gem of a shop among a corporate wasteland of big goliath “Powersports” outfits and Harley Dealerships in this metro area with their impersonalized service. This place is the exact opposite: they took the time to answer my questions properly, and educate me on what I needed to do to solve my problem with a hyraulic brake hose. They really helped me. I will definitely refer others to here moving forward. Thanks!

I love crossroads cycle. I've been riding motorcycles for over half of my life, but I still prefer leaving repairs and maintenance to the pros. The thing that I love is that the folks at Crossroads Cycle have never tried to upsell me anything. In fact, they spend their time answering questions for me and enjoy doing it. When I've had an engine issue, they performed a cheaper solution (which worked) before trying the expensive one, saving me at least $1,000 dollars. Highly recommend this shop!

Dennis and crew are awesome. Despite being an hour from home, I will not be taking my bike anywhere else. They even fixed a problem I didn’t know I had! It’s not a sexy shop by any means, but honest, fair, and overall super competent.
