They are not working because at the wonderful skyline towers nothing is ever working my friend! Because they care so much about there tenants they tend to make sure everything is either broken or on the verge of breaking. They always embody the definition of negligence and never cease to impress with how long they take to fix anything. Like the elevators which have been on and off for nearly a year and a half.
