They tried stealing my iPhone!! I left it in store by mistake and when I came back and asked them if I left my phone the lady attendant said no they didn’t see it. when I had to do find my iPhone it was beeping at the attendants desk. The guy was totally ignoring it and when I asked for my phone which was beeping he had a smirk on his face and said “you left it there”!??? Very arrogant and reckless service!! Will avoid this store.

Very bad experience. Needed to send legal documents asap, paid 25 bucks only to not deliver coz the incorrect address was entered by the store guy. Store guys seem to be poorly trained and don’t know any of the policies and how to handle unusual cases. When I went to collect returned item I was told my item was not there without even looking and made me to check all surrounding UPS stores. I came in second time demanding to look hard and then voila! They refused to give me any sort of refund for their mistake and their excuse was don’t have authority, store manager out on surgery for a week. They didn’t even mention how to take it up to UPS if they can’t help. I ended up paying another 25 dollars. So 50 dollars for sending bunch of documents over 15 days. Really unparalleled service.

Unfortunately very disappointed with the service I have received over the past week. I went into the store and paid for overnight shipping on a package I was sending out. Not only did the package not arrive on time, but I called the store three different times to try to get an explanation and was either put on hold or told they would call me back (they never did). I have driven to the store twice now based on when employees told me that the manager would be in. The manager has not been there either time so now I have a wasted gas money and my time.
