I’ve called countless of times to schedule an appointment. When I was finally able to get through, one of the employees answered. I told her I was calling to make an appointment, and what it is was about. She didn’t give the courtesy to say hold on, one moment please, or anything remotely close to it. She immediately sent me over to another line where no one picked up the call, it rung a few times and then hung up. Super disappointed in the services here.

Let me start off by saying that place is a waste of public resources. I came in to get my son's shot records which would not be given to me unless the two shots he needed were given, I asked for the record as so I could go else where to get the shots being as he needed them for school but the only appointments available were made out for Nov. He needed the shots now, I called many times and left voicemails after that to ask which shots were needed for my son but they refused saying Hipa law they can't tell me. So not only can I not get the records I can't even know what shots are needed so I can seek care else where? Who does that, my disabled son will be removed from school without those shots and I can't even know the names of the shots for him (age 13). Then the lady proceeded to argue me down "saying no one here will help you" wow so if it was my son inhaler instead of shot would you just let me go without. Sad part is out of all the times I have went to this location only two people there have been kinda and helping. If you don't like your job find something else. It's unfortunate I will be obtaining all records and will never return to this place. Please parents look elsewhere.

This place is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They told me to be there at 10:30 and I waited 30 minutes for them to come back and tell me my appt is at 12, when indeed my appointment was at 10:30. They need to be better organized and make sure they have the correct information before they tell their patients.

Went for travel vaccines. Lisa was EXCELLENT. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Have a lot of good advice and the needles were not painful. She is an excellent nurse.

You need $25 and his social security card, your valid ID or driver's license. You can get it in the state & county he was born in at the county health department or courthouse.
You need to call vital records office and make an appointment. Appointments are currently two weeks out. All information is on website.
Don't pay rent. Wait til it goes to court andthe judge will grant u no money owed due to unsuitable living environment
I think the County Health Department would do that
I'm not too sure but I would call first for accuracy
No
It's the south it's to hot to trip.
Those things may be covered through medicaid. You will need to apply. Also the Dollar Tree has pregnancy test.
You are not getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals that your body needs for you and your baby. In my opinion.
Do you have health insurance? If so I would contact them to find out. If not, they will administer vaccines for a fee, somewhere in the $30 range.
I do not think so. But, if you have children you qualify for Medicaid and perhaps it will PAY for the Dental Devices. Hope this helps you.xoxo
