Pod was dropped off on the scheduled delivery date, but Pods missed the move date by a week. Meanwhile we got charged by our landlord for every day it sat after our lease was up. When it finally was delivered to the new address, we unloaded and got it ready for final pickup. Originally, our pickup window was 10:00AM. But that morning, PODS sent an email to inform that they moved the pickup time three hours EARLIER. Yet by the end of the day, it was still here (and still is - a week later.) Supposedly, the driver showed up to get the container, but discovered that there were still a few items inside - which I planned to remove that morning, except that they showed up three hours EARLY, with no phone call, no knock on the door to let me know they were here.. And they pushed back the pickup date by another week (supposedly) meanwhile, charging my card again. This was the first time I've used Pods, and it will certainly be the last. What sounded like a good concept, has horrible customer service and management. More of a nightmare than it's worth. I should have just gotten a larger U-Haul truck and been done with it.

Waited over 2 weeks for my pods box to arrive. Turns out my box was damaged in transportation which is understandable, But then I get no notification. I only found out that it was damaged because I kept calling after my box did not show up on the scheduled date. I was told to show up in person to inspect the contents inside the box. After doing so the box was delivered the next day. 3 days later I received a call from pods telling me they could not deliver my box because of the damage. Even though the box is already on my property. There were some broken items which was to be expected, I opened a claim and waited for some to come pick up the box on the scheduled date. Again no one shows up. 3 days later I get a monthly charge for the box even though they have made 0 attempts to pick it up. I call pods to find out why and they still had it in their system that my box wasn't even delivered to my property yet. Now trying to get a refund for the extra month charged on my account, as well as trying to get reimbursed for all the damaged items and it has not been easy with the customer Representatives. They have almost no information and there is no way of speaking to anyone with any kind of answers . Using pods has been the most terrible experience I have ever had when moving. Will never use or recommend them ever again.

Several attempts were made to gave them pickup my pod and they change the date and continue to draft my account. Calls were made but still no action. Cost was more than what I was told in the beginning.

It was 8x10 and paid roughly around 240+ to store until we moved.
