My experience has been that they can give you paperwork or email it directly to Lab Corp. Before or after a physical and call you to schedule a return visit, mail or send an email thru their website with your results if you are signed up. Signing up on the website has been helpful for me I schedule appointments, ask my Dr. question if I should come in and read my test results, so if you can sign up it's been great for me. Hope this helps
