Save yourself a headache. After asking for instillation, they forgot to schedule it. Our washer/dryer unit shows up, but 1. that team can't touch gas lines, and 2. there is no one to install. Fine. We reschedule everything because we don't have enough room to have both units in our house. When we call, for some reason, they only reschedule instillation and not delivery. So now they want to install before delivery date. Call back. Reschedule again, but because drop off / haul away and instillation are two different teams, they are going to drop off at some point, leave, instillation will come and install, leave, and then haul away will come back. Fingers crossed they do.

Clothes Washer sold as "Open Box - Excellent." Actually, it was used, which I consider a different category. They could/should have so stated.

Going into this store with the expectation that it is just another Best Buy store will leave you disappointed. But that is not the intention of the outlet. To provide the low cost they don’t have fancy displays or excess storage. It’s organized like a wholesale location. In that same sense, the prices are great. You can regularly save in the range of 50% compared to going across the street to buy the exact same thing. If you think the trade off os a returned item or a small scratch is worth saving half then this place is worth checking out.
