Frequent power outages. The slightest bit of wind or rain and I don’t have power for 2-3 hours. Frequent surges and brown-outs, enough to damage power boards in some of my electronics. I am now a professional at resetting the clocks on my stove and microwave thanks to this company. They must really like paying their linemen overtime from the constant outages on nights and weekends.

I like that I can pay over the phone now, without a service fee.
