More like 4.5 the inside is never open the service is pretty good the employees are young people learning but they pretty good food hot and drinks are cold the manger is pretty awesome he understands customer service

Always outta pot pies and today was told i can no longer order just strips that you have to get a combo ..don't need drinks or sides got that at home so I pulled off and went to Hardee's they DO sell just strips won't be going back to KFC!!

Every car had to pull up into a parking space once they paid for their order. You would think your order would be hot and fresh..... WRONG! I order two chicken sandwiches and they was cold and old. The person who brought the food to the car wasn't even wearing a uniform. The outside of the restaurant smelled horrible at the drive up speaker, should of left then.
