More like 45 to hour wait
I was there about an hour ago and I spent 45 minutes in line just to be told they only had chicken breast in all flavors. I said ok I'll take that and had to wait 10 more minutes for that. I was then given my order with no apology or thank you! I later learned that I had hot sauce and honey that I did not order but no napkins or a fork. KFC has a serious management problem or they just don't give a damn about service in the black community SMH
Sorry you had to expierience this, but this is what our society has been reduced to when it comes to customer service or lack there of in most of the fast food chains. Unfortunately I don't believe things will get better if we don't begin to impose a higher standard .
